In the atrium of Atlantis The Palm Dubai, two 15-meter-long "Neo-Chroma Vortex" fixtures spiral down from the dome. Composed of 327 gradient anodized aluminum tubes, the serpentine luminaire transforms into a solidified turbulent flow of light through precision CNC bending technology.
As ambient light fades, the embedded RGBAW color-mixing system activates, rendering iridescent hues from amber-gold to violet-blue across the matte metal surface like softened silk. This chromatic algorithm responds in real-time to human traffic flow — emitting vibrant orange for crowd clusters, while shifting to platinum-white in VIP corridors.
Beyond conventional decorative lighting, it is an architectural mood conductor. Dubai designer Ahmed remarked: "It dissolves the arrogance of concrete jungles with light's empathy. Like a desert mirage, yet also a Babel Tower of light in the AI era."
